Jay has nearly 25 years of investment experience and has spent the last 19 years working for firms that were deeply rooted in due diligence and analysis of alternative investment managers. Jay was a Founding Partner of Balter Capital Management, an alternative investments boutique that had several hedge fund and mutual fund products, and an alternatives advisory service, with peak assets of $1.5 billion.  As the CIO, Jay was responsible for managing client acquisitions, leading research efforts, and ensuring operational efficiencies with impeccable client services and controlled deliverables.  Jay leads an experienced team of professionals with expertise across a variety of asset classes, including hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and venture.
